Email Newsletters

When I purchase at your Store, will I start getting email promotions?

No! Your email is never automatically added to any of our email subscription lists without your explicit request to do so.

  1. When you purchase at our Store, your information will be used to process your order only.
  2. You could receive a one-time email with an offer to subscribe to our emails, but this is on an opt-in basis, as we never subscribe you without your permission.
  3. When you purchase something at our Store, or when you register a Store account, there is an option that you can select to receive our Resource Update emails, see screenshot below.

My email address changed. How do I update it?

What should you do if your email address changed, and no longer receive your email newsletters?

  1. Find the latest email newsletter you received from us, and click on the "CHANGE MY EMAIL PREFERENCES" link that appears at the bottom of the email. This will allow you to update your email address for email newsletter subscription only!
  2. If you cannot find an old email newsletter, sign up again here. Your old email address will be removed automatically.
  3. To update your email address for any of the other account services we provide, click here.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

On every email you receive from us, we provide the links for you to Unsubscribe, or Update your Preferences.

  1. Open the last email newsletter or resource update you received from us.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.
  3. Click on the Change my Email Preferences link if you want to change your newsletter preferences, but do not want to unsubscribe completely.
  4. Click on the Unsubscribe from all FFOZ Emails if you no longer want to receive any email newsletters or promotional resource updates.
  5. If you want your records to be permanently deleted from our database, and no longer wish to associate with First Fruits of Zion, contact customer support.

How do I change my email preferences?

You can select which email newsletters you receive at any time. It's simple, follow one or more of these options:

  1. Open the last email newsletter you received from us.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on the "CHANGE MY EMAIL PREFERENCES" link.

Or, if you no longer have access to a recent email:

  1. Go to this Email Preferences page
  2. Enter your existing email address where you receive your newsletters, and follow further instructions.

I never receive the email newsletters that I signed up for

Our email communications to you may be affected by email filtering or SPAM protection software on your computer, or on your Service Provider's network.

Here are some tips on ensuring you get your email newsletters.

  1. If you have a Core account, you can check your newsletter subscriptions easily. Create an account if you do not have one.
  2. If you are using any challenge-response email filtering software, make sure you pre-approve or whitelist our sending domains ( in order to receive our emails.
  3. Whatever email client or ISP (Internet Service Provider) you use, Outlook, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, MSN, Gmail, etc., add us and our domains (,, and to your contact list or addressbook, and mark these as approved senders in your email client.
  4. Add a special rule in your email inbox to deliver FFOZ emails to a special folder
  5. Contact your ISP and explain the fact that you are not receiving emails from, and request that they whilelist our domains to ensure you receive our emails.
  6. When you signed up, you might have inadvertently entered your email address incorrectly. Try signing up again.
  7. Your email might have bounced back to us several time and have been disabled from receiving emails. Try signing up again to fix that.
  8. You might have inadvertantly unsubscribed. Try signing up again to fix that.
