When I purchase at your Store, will I start getting email promotions?

No! Your email is never automatically added to any of our email subscription lists without your explicit request to do so.

  1. When you purchase at our Store, your information will be used to process your order only.
  2. You could receive a one-time email with an offer to subscribe to our emails, but this is on an opt-in basis, as we never subscribe you without your permission.
  3. When you purchase something at our Store, or when you register a Store account, there is an option that you can select to receive our Resource Update emails, see screenshot below.

Is the 'Forward to Friend' feature in email newsletters safe?

Yes, as long as you follow the procedure below.

  1. If you wish to share an email newsletter you received from us, you can safely use the "Foward to Friend" feature, or any of the Social media sharing options in our email newsletters
  2. The "Forward to Friend" feature will send a link to your recipients email addresses to the web version of the email newsletter.
  3. The web version of the email newsletter cannot be used to unsubscribe your email address, or update your subscriptions.
  4. We advise against forwarding a complete email newsletter that might include some of your personal information and links to anyone.

My email address changed. How do I update it?

If you changed your email address, and no longer receive your email newsletters, what should you do?

  1. Find the latest email newsletter you received from us, and click on the "Update Preferences" link that appears at the bottom of the email. This will allow you to update your email address for email newsletter subscriptions.
  2. If you cannot find an old email newsletter, sign up again here.
  3. To update your email address for any of the other services we provide, where you have an account, update your email address in your account profile, or notify us using this form so we can update all your account records.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

On every email you receive from us, we provide the links for you to Unsubscribe, or Update your Preferences.

  1. Open the last email newsletter or resource update you received from us.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.
  3. Click on the Update Email Preferences link if you want to change your newsletter preferences, but do not want to unsubscribe completely.
  4. Click on the Unsubscribe from all FFOZ Emails if you no longer want to receive any email newsletters or promotional resource updates.
  5. If you want your records to be permanently deleted from our database, and no longer wish to associate with First Fruits of Zion, contact customer support.

How do I change my email preferences?

You can select which email newsletters you receive at any time. It's simple, follow one or more of these options:

  1. Go to this web page and click on the Email Preferences option.
  2. Enter your existing email address where you receive your newsletters, and follow further instructions.

Or:

  1. Open the last email newsletter you received from us.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on the "Update Email Preferences" link.

I never receive the email newsletters that I signed up for

Our email communications to you may be affected by email filtering or SPAM protection software on your computer, or on your Service Provider's network.

Here are some tips on ensuring our email to you don't end up in your Junk mailbox, or simply goes missing.

  1. If you are using any challenge-response email filtering software, make sure you pre-approve or whitelist our sending domains (ffoz.org/ffoz.com) in order to receive our emails.
  2. Whatever email client or ISP (Internet Service Provider) you use, Outlook, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, MSN, Gmail, etc., add our domains (ffoz.org, ffoz.com, and shaliach.net) to your contact list or addressbook, and mark these domains as approved in your email client.
  3. Add a special rule in your email inbox to deliver FFOZ emails to a special folder
  4. Contact your ISP and explain the fact that you are not receiving emails from ffoz.org, and request that they whilelist our domains to ensure you receive our emails.
  5. When you signed up, you might have inadvertently entered your email address incorrectly. Try signing up again.
  6. If none of the above issues explain the problem, please contact us here and give us as much informaiton as possible.
