I forgot my Store account password

You should be able to reset your password at any time using the options available at the Store.

  1. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link (under Sign in) at the FFOZ Store, and follow the online instructions to reset your password.
  2. After clicking the Reset Password button, and you do not receive the password reset email, also check your Junk mail or Spam folder.
  • If you have changed your email address and cannot reset your password, please contact Customer Care or call 800-775-4807 in order for us to update your account.
  • Please remember your Store password, or store it in a safe place.

Please note: Your Store account and Core account are administered separately and any change on one account will not be reflected on the other.

My email address changed, I can no longer sign in.

If you no longer have access to your old email address and therefore cannot reset your password (in any online account), notify us here and provide the following information:

  1. Your old email address
  2. Your new email address
  3. Your account username, if you had one
  4. Your street address and phone number.

In the meantime, while we check and update your data, go here and Create a New Online Account.
