You should be able to reset your password at any time using the options available at the Store.
- Click on the "Forgot your password?" link (under Sign in) at the FFOZ Store, and follow the online instructions to reset your password.
- After clicking the Reset Password button, and you do not receive the password reset email, also check your Junk mail or Spam folder.
- If you have changed your email address and cannot reset your password, please contact Customer Care or call 800-775-4807 in order for us to update your account.
- Please remember your Store password, or store it in a safe place.
Please note: Your Store account and Core account are administered separately and any change on one account will not be reflected on the other.
