There are a number of steps you can take to eliminate problems when you sign in.
First make sure you are using the correct profile information for the specific account. Your Core account, and Store account login credentials are not the same, and is never automatically synchronized.
So determine where you cannot sign in.
Other steps to take:
- Carefully enter your login credentials, it's easy to make a mistake, we are human :).
- Make sure that Caps lock isn't turned on when you type your password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- If you still can't access your account, try resetting your password for the specific account.
