I forgot my Core account password

If you forgot your Core account password, you can follow one of the following methods to recover your account:

Option 1: Reset your password

  1. Reset your password here by entering either your email address or username, or click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.
  2. Follow the instructions carefully afterwards in order to create a new password password.
  3. If you do not receive an email after resetting your password, also check your Junk mail or Spam folder.

Option 2: Revalidate your existing account

  1. If you know your Core account username, you can re-validate your existing account here.
  2. Enter your username after clicking the above link. Afterwards, you will get the option to request a new validation email at your registered email address.
  3. When you receive the email, click on the link to confirm/validate your email address.
  4. If everything is correct, your account will be reactivated, and you will see your existing login credentials which you can now use to sign into your account.
  5. You can then choose to change your password by using the "Update Profile" option.

Steps to reset your Core account password
  1. On the login screen, click the "Forgot Password" link. The following screen will appear. Enter your Email or Username in the field and click Continue:
  2. Now check your email, and find the six-digit code we sent you. On this screen, enter your username as it apears in your email, and the six-digit code, and click Continue again:
  3. The following screen will appear if you entered the correct information. You are now successfully signed into your account. Now enter a new password twice (minimum of 6 characters). Enter the password twice, exactly the same password, and click Update Account:
  4. On the final screen, the following will appear if you successfully updated your account password. Note the text indicated with the red arrow: "Your Core account has been updated!". If you do not see this text, some of the information you entered was not correct, and you can continue from here and update your profile.

I cannot reset my password as I already changed my email address
  1. If you no longer have access to your old email address and therefore cannot reset your password (in any online account), notify us here and send us enough information to locate and update your account.
  2. Remember to indicate if this email address is applicable to your Store account, Core account, or both.
