If you forgot your Core account password, you can follow one of the following methods to recover your account:
Option 1: Reset your password
- Reset your password here by entering either your email address or username, or click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.
- Follow the instructions carefully afterwards in order to create a new password.
Option 2: Refresh your existing account
- If you have not signed into your Core account since 1 March 2019, you can refresh your account here.
- Your account will be reactivated after you have entered your account email address and created a new password.
- You will also be requested to provide your correct account info.
- After refreshing your account, you will be signed in automatically.
