I forgot my Core account password

If you forgot your Core account password, you can follow one of the following methods to recover your account:

Option 1: Reset your password

1. Reset your password here by entering either your email address or username, or click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.
2. Follow the instructions carefully afterwards in order to create a new password.

Option 2: Refresh your existing account

1. If you have not signed into your Core account since 1 March 2019, you can refresh your account here.
2. Your account will be reactivated after you have entered your account email address and created a new password.
3. You will also be requested to provide your correct account info.
4. After refreshing your account, you will be signed in automatically.

How do I reset my Core account password?

One 1 March, 2019, we launched a new Account Dashboard and authentication system for ffoz.org, hayesod.org, torahclub.org, and other FFOZ websites, excluding the FFOZ online Store.

Unless you have already refreshed or created your account since 1 March 2019, you cannot reset your password, as all old passwords have been removed.

My email address changed, I can no longer sign in.

If you no longer have access to your old email address and therefore cannot reset your password (in any online account), notify us here and provide the following information:

1. Your old email address
2. Your new email address
3. Your street address and phone number.
