Login Problems

Cannot reset my Core account because my email address changed

If the email address you have on your account is no longer accessible, and you cannot sign into your account, please open a support request to our Customer Care Team, and list both your old email address, and the new email address you wish to use.

We will change your email address, and afterwards send you an update and instructions to reset your account.

I forgot my Core account username

One 1 March, 2019, we launched a new Account Dashboard and authentication system for FFOZ websites, excluding the FFOZ online Store.

If you have not signed into your account since that date, you should refresh your existing account first. Your legacy username will no longer be valid. You can sign in with your email address only.

I cannot sign in, what could be wrong?

There are a number of steps you can take to eliminate problems when you sign in.

First make sure you are using the correct profile information for the specific account. Your Core account, and Store account login credentials are not the same, and is never automatically synchronized.

So determine where you cannot sign in.

Other steps to take:

  1. Carefully enter your login credentials, it's easy to make a mistake, we are human :).
  2. Make sure that Caps lock isn't turned on when you type your password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
  3. If you still can't access your account, try resetting your password for the specific account.
