Login Problems


I forgot my Core account username
  1. If you forgot your Core account username, you will have to reset your account password by entering either your account email address. This will reset your password, and you will regain access to your account.
  2. You will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed. The email will also contain your username.
  3. If you do not receive an email after resetting your password, also check your Junk mail or Spam folder.

I get a "Login not Authorized. Error A2" error

This is a redirect error. If you get this error after signing, the browser could not redirect you to your account dashboard page.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Try signing in again here: https://ffoz.org/members/login.php
  2. If you get the above error again, go to this link: http://ffoz.org/members/members_cp, and see if you are signed in already.

I cannot sign in, what could be wrong?

There are a number of steps you can take to eliminate problems when you sign in.

First make sure you are using the correct profile information for the specific account. Your Core account (username + password), and Store account (email + password) login credentials are not the same, and is never automatically synchronized.

  1. Carefully enter your login credentials, it's easy to make a mistake, we are human :).
  2. Make sure that Caps lock isn't turned on when you type your password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
  3. Make sure you are not confusing your username with your email address (Core account).
  4. If you still can't access your account, try resetting your password for the specific account.

Steps to reset your Core account password
  1. On the login screen, click the "Forgot Password" link. The following screen will appear. Enter your Email or Username in the field and click Continue:

  2. Now check your email, and find the six-digit code we sent you. On this screen, enter your username as it apears in your email, and the six-digit code, and click Continue again:

  3. The following screen will appear if you entered the correct information. You are now successfully signed into your account. Now enter a new password twice (minimum of 6 characters). Enter the password twice, exactly the same password, and click Update Account:

  4. On the final screen, the following will appear if you successfully updated your account password. Note the text indicated with the red arrow: "Your Core account has been updated!". If you do not see this text, some of the information you entered was not correct, and you can continue from here and update your profile.
