RSS is a format for syndicating content from web sites and personal weblogs. On the FFOZ site we provide several feeds. You can access our feeds through RSS-aware programs, web browsers and email clients. These programs will check whether new feeds are available and display its content without you having to visit the FFOZ site.
After installing the feed reader, or by visiting our site with an RSS-aware browser like Firefox, or Internet Explorer 7, you can add each feed manually from the Web site by clicking on the "Subscribe" or the "XML" orange button
next to the feed, or on the link in the sidebar on our site.
With Web-based feed readers, like Firefox, you can also add feeds directly to, for example, My Yahoo! This adds the RSS feeds directly to their personal page.
Click below to access the feeds currently available on our site and follow the instructions on how to subscribe.
The above links will not work in a non-aware RSS browser like Internet Explorer 6. You can however copy the link and paste it into your feed reader.
