I can't access my account. »

Help: Login & Password

 

I get a "Login not Authorized. Error A2" error
This error is caused by a browser redirect problem. Check for further info below....

This is a redirect error, meaning that you were successfully signed in, but the browser could not redirect you to your account dashboard page.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Sign out of your account at this link: https://ffoz.org/members/logout.php
  2. Now go back to the Core signin page at https://ffoz.org/members/login.php
  3. Sign in with your username and password.
  4. When you get the above error message, or a similar message about not being able to redirect you, just click on the "Account" tab or go to this link: http://ffoz.org/core, and you will be able to get to your account.

I forgot my username
You can discover your username by resetting your account password...

  1. First determine on which account you need to reset your password, as you could have an account on more than one service provided by First Fruits of Zion.
  2. Core Account: If you forgot your Core account username, you need to reset your password by entering your email address.
  3. Store Account: If you forgot your Store account username, you can recover it here by entering your email address
  4. After resetting your password, immediately check your email and follow the instructions in the email.
  5. If you do not see the email, also check your Junk mail or Spam folder.
  6. If you do not receive an email after 10 minutes, please click here for further details.

Please note: Your Core account and Store account are administered separately and any change on one account will not be reflected on the other.

  4. After resetting your password on either account, immediately check your email and follow the additional instructions in the email.

Temporary password does not seem to work
You are using an expired temporary password, or not typing it correctly...

  1. Make sure you type both the username and password combination exactly as it appears in the email we sent you when you reset your password.
  2. Do not use your email address as your username, unless your email address appears next to "Username:" in the email you received after you reset your password.
  3. If you reset your password more than once, make sure you are using the latest temporary password you received by email, as a new temporary password is issued every time you reset your password.
  4. If you are not sure which is the latest, check the date-stamp of the email. Reset your password again if necessary.
  5. Passwords are case-sensitive, therefore enter the password exactly as shown in the email.
  6. Your Core account password is not valid at the FFOZ Resources Store. To reset your password for your Store account, click here:

I cannot sign in
You might have typed either your username or password incorrectly....

  1. You might have typed either your username or password incorrectly.
  2. Check to make sure that Caps lock isn't turned on, as passwords are case-sensitive.
  3. Make sure you typed in the correct username for the account you're trying to access, without your email domain, i.e. "john345", and not "john345@domain.com, unless you have specifically used your full email address as your username.
  4. If you still can't access your account, try our resetting your password. After resetting your password, use the information we send to your email to sign in again.

Can I use my Core account login at the Store?
No, unless you created an account on the Store and have manually synchronized the accounts yourself....

  1. Your Core account login (username and password) is not automatically valid at our Resources Store.
  2. You have to create a separate account at our Store in order to purchase resources.
  3. If you already have both accounts (Core account and Store account), and would like to use the same login (username and password) we suggest you update your Store account username and password and make it the same as your Core account.
  4. If you already have a online Store account, you can update your Store account in your Store profile here.
  5. Keep your accounts synchronized in order to avoid confusion.
  6. If you reset your password or change information in either of these two accounts, remember to re-sync the accounts again.
