We are happy to announce that the updates on the FFOZ Store (www.ffoz.com) have been completed. This includes numerous cosmetic changes which ties the Store into the design of the rest of the FFOZ website, but it also includes several text updates and functional changes to make the browsing, purchase and checkout procedure easier for our customers.

In the Store menu bar you will see some new navigation icons: "My Account", "Shopping Cart" and "Checkout". In the sidebar you will also find an updated "Information" section which includes new and updated information.

If you have any improvement suggestions for the Store or the main website, please feel free to contact our Website Support team (www.ffoz.org/contact). We are always looking for ways to improve our sites.

Store Update in the Works

You may have noticed that our Resources webstore, located at www.ffoz.com looks noticeably different than the rest of our website, located at www.ffoz.org. That might have confused some who have become used to our new site design and navigation. Well, that will be changing soon.

The US office and warehouse have just recently moved from Colorado to Missouri and our website design team thought that this might be a good opportunity to also update the Store's look and navigation to reflect the rest of our website.

So look out for some changes at www.ffoz.com. We trust your online shopping experience will become a little easier after the change.

New "Site" blog

A new little blog has just been added to our regular blogs at ffoz.org!

The Site Info Blog will publish short entries detailing changes, improvements, and edits on ffoz.org (our main website) and ffoz.com (our Resources Store website). We believe this will be a useful addition to our regular blogs. We are also going to replace our basic site help page and move it to the new blog, and categorize it, so it will always be easy to find information and help entries related to the site.

So, here it is what you can expect in the new blog...

• Informing our visitors of recent changes on our sites
• Posting regular help documents in categories
• Keeping our staff, co-workers and volunteers up to date with changes on our sites.
• Promoting an awareness that we are constantly trying to improve our online services...
