Restoring that which was lost!

There is an interesting commandment found in the Torah (Law of Moses) that implores us to return "anything lost by our countryman which we have found..." The same passage further instructs us not to allow for our own neglectful behavior in such matters, but rather exorts us to "restore to him that thing which he has lost."
