Shema Yisrael!

Our Creed - Our Connection

Hear, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord is one! - Deuteronomy 6:4

The Shema is an ancient creed packed full of deep, biblical truth, but those truths are lost outside of their Jewish context and Hebraic mindset. Explore the biblical background, importance and meaning of the Shema: "Hear, O Israel!"

Learn how Yeshua's teachings are illuminated through the Shema, how the Shema relates to us today, how it can transform our lives, and how Judaism interprets it and employs it.

  • Loving God is more than a feeling. Learn what it means.
  • Discipleship happens daily. Learn how.
  • The Kingdom of Heaven is here now. Learn how to enter it.

The words of the Shema connect us with the ancient people of God--and enable us to align our lives and join our voices with theirs. Most importantly, these words connect us with the Master Yeshua, who when asked about the greatest of all of the commandments, replied with the Shema: "Hear O Israel ..."(Mark 12:29).

Discover how the Shema can deepen your daily walk.
