Voice of the Prophets

Tags:  Torah Club, Voice of the Prophets

"And it will come about in the last days, that the mountain of the house of the LORD will be established as the chief of the mountains. It will be raised above the hills, and the peoples will stream to it." Micah 4:1

In these days the words of the prophets are taking the stage front and center. Everyone wants to know what will happen in the end. Anticipation is soaring at the hopes that we are in what the prophets of old referred to as "the last days". Even now the voice of the Prophet Micah is beginning to come to pass where he proclaims that "peoples will stream to [Jerusalem]".

The Voice of the Prophets is a Torah Club study that will take you on a year-long exploration through the synagogue haftarah readings - the section from the Prophets that accompanies the weekly Torah portion. Christianity has had a preoccupation with the prophetic angle of the Scriptures for centuries. Now, students engaged in Torah Club Volume Three: Voice of the Prophets, can lay a solid foundation of understanding through learning the historical, Jewish perspective on the prophets. Students will learn the stories, characters, and scenarios surrounding the prophets of Israel and will begin to decode the meaning their words have for our day and time. Join the theological-revolution for Christian interpretation and help lay a strong foundation for Messianic Judaism. The Voice of the Prophets is the only comprehensive Messianic commentary on the haftarah-cycle and includes written commentary on the extra readings for festivals and special Sabbaths. Written materials and audio CD teachings draw on historical, archaeological, geographical, and linguistic studies in combination with Messianic and rabbinic insights. Torah Club Volume Three is a "must-have" for every serious student of the Bible.
