Take FFOZ with you on your trip!

Recently, I had to make a trip that involved a lot of driving. Just before I left I looked up on my book shelf and there sat my Beit Midrash audio teachings for "Hallowed Be Your Name" and "Knocking on Heaven's Gates." At first I thought that I would never use them, but after an hour of listening to the radio I put one of the CD's in the player.

It was great to have Boaz and Toby's teaching along with me while I drove down the road. It was always kind of a laugh when either of them would say, "Open your Bible with me to..." I would shout out, "I CAN'T, I'M DRVING!!" (Yes, I was alone in the car at the time.) At one point I found myself taking the long way so I could finish the teaching before I reached my destination.

After I arrived I found that I was less stressed than I normally was when I was driving. Getting stuck in traffic almost seemed like a blessing! I had learned some new things and I had some thoughts to chew on that occupied my time. There is a LOT of information on these audios so I am sure that I will indeed be taking them with me again.

One can also take these teachers with them by using the audio commentaries to the Torah Club volumes. Do you have a daily commute? A weekly trip to visit family? Whatever the case may be! Torah Club Audio Commentaries also provide a meaningful opportunity to get into the Torah texts.

Thanks Boaz, Toby, Aaron, and Daniel for your company on my recent trip. You make great travel companions!

Visitor Feedback:

I agree Bill! I always have something from FFOZ to listen to when we're on the road. It makes the time go faster and you can learn something in the process.
