Sukkah Contest Winners

Shalom and Shanah Tovah!

It's time to announce the winners for this year's 2009 Sukkah Contest! But, before we do, we'd like to thank everyone who participated. We were blessed and inspired by the creativity and energy that was put into keeping the mitzvah of dwelling in a sukkah. Entries came in every day of the feast, and by the last day, there were more than 50 different sukkah pictures to look at; needless to say, we were all inspired. The FFOZ team was-and will remain-encouraged and uplifted from all of the "virtual visits" we made to the sukkot of other disciples of the Master. Thank you all for including us in your Season of Joy and Celebration!

The following first place winners will receive a complete volume of the Torah Club of their choice. Those in the "Honorable Mention" category will receive a new hardcover edition of Restoration.

I'm curious to know the temp. of the winning "coldest" sukkah. It's hard to read the thermometer in the picture : )

**Toby's Response:** It was -4 degrees Celsius.

This was a rocking idea! Hopefully it will be an annual event! The contest. Sukkot already is an annual event. :)

Actually, I think the group in Bailey Colorado may have beat the -4 Celsius...it actually got down to 17 F (-8 C) one night here!

Our sukkot was so rainey with tornadic storm warnings and intense rain that the best tents leaked, it was cold as well. Five days of straight rain. But no one in our group went home, we stayed for the blessing. It was our first Sukkot and we loved it. We waited for Yehshua to come and He did. Branson Torah Chai Sukkot 2009.
