Mishlei Musings
Slow to Anger
Tags: anger, discipline, mishlei musings
As we saw in the last episode of Mishlei Musings, discipline is a difficult but necessary component to our spiritual walks. The discipline that we receive from both our parents and from HaShem benefits us. It makes us better people and helps refine our characters. Where there is a lack of discipline there is a lack of Godly instruction and growth. Yet in addition to receiving and accepting discipline, we also need to place discipline upon ourselves. A great place to start is learning to control our tempers.
