Proverbs 5:8: "Keep your way far from her, and do not go near the door of her house, lest you give your honor to others and your years to the merciless..." In this episode of Mishlei Musings, Toby Janicki teaches about the importance of guarding our eyes. Sin is attractive and lures us through our eyes. Learn how the Torah and the Master Yeshua teaches us to guard our lives from sin by guarding the gate of our eyes.

Hi Toby,
Thanks for a wonderful teaching. I think this teaching on guarding your eyes is especially appropriate for training up our kids, especially our teenagers. This is a very practical Torah teaching. We're going to use your teaching as a springboard for some teaching to our teens on the book of Proverbs. Keep up the good word. G-d bless you and your family.

Hi Toby,
This is my first response and would like to encourage you to continue teaching us G-D's awesome Word. I simply love G-d and His Word. Most timely. Thanks again!
In Yeshua's Mighty Name,
Love and Service,

Excellent teaching from the Word. We don't need to sit down for an hour long sermon and worship service to for godly instruction. Simply presented the weight is in the wisdom of the Torah. Yes, and bears repeating again and again for we are attracted by road signs driving, TV commercials and programs. Seemingly innocuous videos. Even by articles from news sites.
A follow up to this perhaps is how to keep a balanced satisfied life style which opens up opportunities for fellowship and service. When we are unbalanced in our emotions re: all work and no pleasure, agruements with the wife or even feeling not part of the group at church or bible study then it is all too easy for worldliness to attract us.
