In the latest issue of Messiah Magazine #99 you'll find an excellent article on Rabbi Daniel Zion. Rabbi Zion is another one of the Jewish believers of the early 20th century who received formal rabbinical training and ordination. He remained faithful to the Torah his entire life. While praying one morning the Master Yeshua revealed himself to Rabbi Zion in a vision. From that moment on, Rabbi Zion's life was forever changed. His story is incredibly inspiring. I encourage you to read the article.
Depsite the fact that it seems he was a prolific writer, very little of Rabbi Zion's works have survived. I and others have searched via Wolrdcat libraries throughout the country in search of his works. So far I have found a siddur he translated in Bulgarian and a book on Fasts and Feasts days. The book on fasts and Feasts days is in Bulgarian as well. It's an amazing story how I obtained a photo copy of that book.
Only one library in the world had a copy so I contacted them directly. They let me know that they would be willing to lend it out through my local library but that I better act fast because it was about to go into inaccessible storage. Apparently it doesn't get used that often.
As I sit and look at the pdf scan of the book on my computer I wonder, what does it say? Obviously this book has the potential to be another volume in our Remnants series. I would like to see this book translated into English but unfortunately neither I nor anyone I know speaks Bulgarian. If anyone knows someone who speaks Bulgarian and could help translate this book please respond to this post with a comment.
