With trumpets and the sound of the horn shout joyfully before the King, the LORD. (Psalm 98:6)
Happy Rosh Hashanah. I trust the fall holidays find you in peace and blessing.
It seems hard to believe that another year has already come and gone. It has been an incredible, action packed busy year for us at FFOZ. Thanks for sticking with us through these times of transition. Sometimes the Messianic Jewish movement can be a lonely place, so thanks for your loyal friendship. Thanks to God’s faithfulness and your friendship, we are looking forward to another incredibly exciting year of serving the King Messiah.
As we stand on the edge of 5768, let’s all resolve to make this a year of spiritual greatness. Let’s transform the Messianic Jewish movement into a people worthy of the name of Yeshua. May we all merit to walk in better imitation of Yeshua our Rabbi and Master in the months that follow. May we become true disciples of love, bearers of peace and proclaimers of Gospel. May the Torah go out from Zion like never before.
Tomorrow morning when you gather in synagogues, messianic synagogues, congregations, assemblies of Torah, small groups, home fellowships or just with your own families to hear the shofar, may the blessed presence of Yeshua be with you. May you hear distant the shofar-voice of King Messiah coming back to gather us together from the four corners of the earth.
From me, my wife, my family and from all of us here at First Fruits of Zion––may you be inscribed for a sweet New Year and Life Eternal in the World to Come through Yeshua, our King. Rejoice that your names are written in the Lamb’s book of life!
