Tumult and Commotion at FFOZ

Shalom FFOZ people.
There is so much going on here at First Fruits of Zion that it makes my head spin. You should see the pile on my desk. I honestly cannot remember a time when the ministry has had this much commotion. But it’s all good commotion. Here’s a list of what’s up.

1. The U.S. Office is in the process to moving to Marshfield, MO.
2. The Siddur Project is moving into the commentary stage.
3. An extensive HaYesod rewrite and video project, shot in Israel, is underway.
4. The new E-Rosh free monthly mailing is still in the monthly behind deadline stage.
5. A momentous issue of messiah magazine (issue 96) goes to press today.
6. Meanwhile writing issue 97 of messiah magazine for the fall festivals.
7. Several key staff members are relocating to the Marshfield, MO area.
8. Just finished “To Whom Shall We Go” and now looking at a DVD version.
9. Planning a “To Whom Shall We Go” conference for Dallas end of June.
10. Writing is underway on a completely new edition of Torah Club Volume One.
11. Hired several new staff members. (Have to figure out some way to pay them too.)
12. An introduction to Hebrew Course DVD and workbooks is in production.
13. First leg of Boaz’s Shalom Tour still underway.
14. Hundreds of unanswered emails and phone messages. (A personal problem.)
15. Completing audio production on the new Torah Club Five audio CD’s.
16. Upgrading the teachings on the Torah Club Four audio CD’s.
17. Need to get the oil changed in my car.
18. New Mezuzah book is ready to go to press.
19. Translation projects of the writings of 19th century Jewish believers.
20. Preparation for fall Israel trip and addition HaYesod video shooting in Israel.
21. Who knows what else.

Thank God it’s all “Blessed be HaShem day by day.” These really are exciting times. It seems that Abba is preparing us for growth. That’s exciting to us, not because we want to be a bigger ministry, but because growth means the expansion of the message of the Kingdom of Heaven, the Jewish Yeshua, the enduring authority of God’s Torah and the message of the Gospel.
Please pray with us and for us this summer. It can be a little stressful at times, but this is the best job in the world. Thanks to all of you for making it possible. Thank you for sharing the dream with us.

We will be praying for you all and we know that with HaShem's help it will all get done. Just have to always remember Romans 8:28 and Nachum Ish Gam-Zu (Whatever HaShem does is just for the good).

Dr. Landcaster,

I think it is appropriate to tell you what I have told others as I see them doing through major transitions. That is what it looks like to me FFOZ and you are describing. Go as slow as you can. It works too. Only you know what you may let go, and what must be done today. Sort of like what did Noah do that last day the door was closed on the Ark? Well, only he and our God knew what must be done that day. and what could wait until later on.

I do not say this flippantly. The slower you go, the faster it will happen. To rush will only mess things up. Need will not let you go too slow. But that way, it will all balance out. And you will stay upright. We usually have trouble walking with Yeshua well when we rush. He is Prince of Peace after all. His Widom to you all there. All the really great works are set on His wisdom. And great luck to you all there too. Shalom.

Daniel:

Thank you for this post. It gives us the opportunity to be specific in our prayers.

Shalom,
Bill
