I knew that we were onto something when Holy Cow!'s favorable back-cover "blurbs" started rolling in. Friendly names like Dr. Gordon Tessler and Robin Sampson. Familiar names like Rex Russell. And even famous names like Jordan Rubin. We hoped that Holy Cow! had broad appeal, but since all of these early endorsers already affirmed the applicability of the Levitical food laws, something about their endorsements made it seem like we were still preaching to the choir. How would the average, unsuspecting church-goer react to it?

We just found out.

Not only is Holy Cow! listed on the very mainstream ChristianBookPreviews.com, it just received its very first independent and objective book review by a non-Torah Christian (Joyce Handzo). Here's a snippet:
